Ralf Baral appointed head of innovation management at MHP

MHP has established an internal innovation management department in order to be even better prepared for future challenges.

MHP, as the leading process and IT consultancy firm in the automotive sector, readily takes on the future challenges of the sector. We have, to this end, established an internal innovation management department in order to be even better prepared for what the future holds. The head of this department is Ralf Baral.

As an associated partner, Ralf Baral is a member of the partner board at MHP. Before this, he was centrally involved, at IBM, in the development and setup of SAP consulting services in Germany. He was subsequently active as the global business development executive for innovative topics.

He has in-depth knowledge on process and solutions across the entire value-added chain in different sectors. His tasks and responsibilities became more focussed on the automotive sector with his change to MHP in 2005.

Ralf Baral:  "The automotive industry is facing major challenges. The key words in this connection are drive technology and a networked vehicle. This influences the business models and process world of the companies. We, as a consultancy firm and process supplier of the automotive industry, want to help shape this transformation and be the main driver behind this in order to speed up this development and thus achieve the maximum advantage for our customers."

MHP, which currently has approx. 600 consultants in the German automotive market, is one of the leading process and IT consultancy firms. MHP sees itself as the "process supplier" of the sector due to its consistent successful linking of IT requirements with the sector's processes.
