TISAX
With TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), the ENX Association supports the joint acceptance of information security assessments in the automotive industry on behalf of the VDA. TISAX enables participants to exchange IT security-related information and offers the possibility to have their own information security assessed on the basis of standardized criteria. In addition, information about the information security of other participants can be obtained. The TISAX assessments are carried out by accredited test providers who prove their qualification at regular intervals.
MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH attaches great importance to the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information. We have taken extensive measures to protect sensitive and/or confidential information. For this reason, we are guided by the information security questionnaire of the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA ISA) (German Association of the Automotive Industry) and have participated in three assessments conducted by an audit provider. The TISAX test provider was TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH. The assessments covered the following locations and objectives:

Workplace Condition Assessment
WCA is a program developed by the company Intertek.
The program aims to create a tool for assessing, benchmarking and continuously improving the working conditions of organizations.
The program is supported by a web-based platform that automates and streamlines the audit process and increases efficiency for all supply chain partners.
Approximately 35,000 companies have completed a WCA to date. They provide the comparative data for the peer - results of the WCA.
The following items are audited by external auditors during a WCA:
- Labor (child/forced labor, discrimination, discipline, harassment/abuse, freedom of association, labor contracts).
- Wages and hours (wages and salaries, working hours)
- Health and safety (general workplace, emergency preparedness, occupational injury, machine safety, safety hazards, chemical and hazardous materials, dormitories and cafeteria)
- Management Systems (Documentation and Records, Employee Feedback and Participation, Audits and Corrective Action)
- Environment (legal compliance, environmental management systems, waste and air emissions).
MHP is benchmarked against the other participants by passing all audits with 100%. This result was achieved during an audit in fall 2019.
