  • 01 Analyst

    Your advantage: You have completed your studies, are passionate about your field and keen to start making a difference. It’s also important to us that you are ready to take on responsibility right from the start and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • 02 Associate

    As an Associate you already feel home here at MHP. Besides being an experienced contact person for your field of work, you also manage processes and individual topics on your own responsibility.

  • 03 Senior Associate

    Thanks to your expertise, you are well-established in your field and experienced in your role. You are ready for new responsibilities, such as leading internal projects or managing junior team members. In addition: You represent the interests of your team and demonstrate vision to help shape the strategic direction of your team.

  • 04 Manager

    The step up to Manager involves a wider range of tasks and even more responsibility. You act as a business partner for your area of expertise and are recognized as a team lead or expert, even outside MHP.

  • 05 Senior Manager

    As a Senior Manager, you always keep the big picture in mind and are the main innovation driver in your field of expertise. With your absolute expert know-how, you add significant value to MHP and serve as the primary contact person for MHP management.

  • 06 Director

    Several years of experience and expertise under your belt make you a visionary in your specialist field – whether within our structure or on the external market. With international teams, you will play a decisive role in shaping strategic developments with us in the future.

  • 07 Executive Director

    Last step completed. But not your development and your opportunities. Because as Executive Director, you shape MHP at the highest level. You will face a wide range of challenges, always with one goal in mind: to drive the organization forward.
