Ludwigsburg - The management and IT consultancy MHP is donating 50,000 euros in emergency aid to people in great need as a result of the earthquake disaster in Turkey and Syria. The immediate aid for those affected will be donated to "Aktion Deutschland hilft e.V.". In addition, the Management Board, together with the Group's Executive Board members and the Works Council, is calling on all employees to contribute to donations for the earthquake victims.
"Our thoughts are with all those who have experienced such immense suffering as a result of the earthquake disaster in Turkey and Syria. To suddenly lose family members, friends or one's home through no fault of one's own is terrible. For us it is a matter of course to help here, within the scope of our possibilities. With our donation, we hope to alleviate the suffering of those affected and to support reconstruction efforts," summarized Dr. Ralf Hofmann, co-founder, partner and CEO of MHP.
The additional donation from the Group's subsidiary MHP will be used to provide aid to the people in need and will be deployed directly in the disaster region as immediate humanitarian aid. "Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V." bundles expert teams and services, such as search and rescue teams, accommodation for those affected, organization of clean-up work or securing dangerous areas. It also provides support in medical care, procures food and takes care of catering for emergency workers.
