MHP further expands management tier

New Partners and Associated Partners

Ludwigsburg – At the turn of the year MHP expanded its two uppermost management tiers. Four Associate Partners were promoted to Partners; this means a total of 17 partners are now responsible for the strategic development of the company:

Peter Caracciolo joined MHP five years ago. Together with his team of consultants, he designs innovations for the renewal of the automotive retail and service chain in the digital mobility age, and implements these innovations at manufacturers, dealers, and importers. In projects Peter Caracciolo, a former sales manager in a car dealership, always ensures that the customer and business direction is on the business and IT level. Since 2013, Peter Caracciolo has also been studying Strategic Management at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Science.

In 2001, Mirko Rajs moved from a well-known consultancy firm to MHP, and initially built up the system and network management area. Then he developed the software development area beyond the SAP world into an essential pillar for the consultancy business of MHP, and expanded this with the business segments Social Business and Mobile Business, as well as E-Commerce and Identity Management. Since 2010, Mirko Rajs has been responsible for the Porsche Market Unit with the premium brands Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti.

Christian Stapel started his career at MHP in 1999 as a graduate student and then worked his way through all career levels at MHP. Since January the qualified graduate engineer has been responsible as a partner for the CIO Services & Technology Cluster. His key consultancy competencies include the digital transformation of company IT departments, custom development, as well as the topic of Big Governance.

In 2013, Dr. Jürgen Weber came to MHP as an experienced manager focusing on telecommunication and mobile communication, in order to expand the Connected Vehicle business segment. This area has developed very successfully in the meantime – the focus is on projects dealing with the development of mobile online services and on the OEM development of software in the environment of digital industry and connected vehicles. Dr. Jürgen Weber is also very involved with growth strategies for companies in the age of digitalization.

The number of Associate Partners also increased with effect from January 1, 2016. Within MHP Dr. Jürgen Beetz, Alexander Diener, Andreas Herb, Jörg Hermanutz, Tilo Klüh, Bastian Knoch, Christiane Räbiger, Henning Schulze, and Bernd Teufel were promoted to Associate Partners. Dr. Markus Junginger was recently hired as an Associate Partner.
