Ludwigsburg, 20.01.2015– MHP continues on its course of growth: in 2014, MHP increased its workforce by a total of 357 new employees – an increase of over 26 per cent. The general growth in personnel also has an effect on the management level at MHP.
Since 1 January, Markus Wambach has been one of a total of 13 partners at MHP. Eight consultants were promoted to Associated Partners at the start of the year: Matthias Grüner, Bernd Herold, Bernd Hörmann, Olaf Kleindienst, Thomas Koller, Hartmut Mast, Ivo Schwarz and Gerd Wagner.
In addition, MHP has taken on three new members of staff at the Associated Partner level, thus expanding in particular the Management Consulting division.
Thomas Gläsner (43) has come from the consulting company CGI, where the graduate in Business Economics was most recently the Vice-President. At MHP, his duties will include the adaptation of the comprehensive automotive expertise in the company for the transport, aviation and logistics sectors, and advising customers from these areas on their projects.
Before his move, Dr. Peter Scheytt (45) was also employed at CGI, where he was in charge of the Business Transformation & Change department. The IT specialist and economist will also continue in this function at MHP. In addition, he will play a decisive role in supporting the further development of Management Consulting at MHP.
Michael Kirchgässner (49) will primarily be responsible for the further development of Management Consulting in the Product Lifecycle Management department (PLM), where his main focus will be on innovative engineering processes. For this purpose, he will benefit from his many years of experience in PLM (since 1986). Before moving to MHP, the mechanical engineer was in charge of PLM services in the aviation industry at the consulting firm Altran, and before that at Airbus Cimpa, among other positions.
