New partner at MHP: Florian Langer

Ludwigsburg – Florian Langer joined the MHP circle of partners on 1 May 2023 to take on the Customer Experience cluster. A family man, who brings with him a wealth of expertise and many years of experience in the customer-oriented, digital transformation of organisations and business models, he also has a deeply rooted entrepreneurial spirit: while still a student, he founded an agency that later became the United Digital Group (UDG) – one of the largest digital agencies in Germany.

"My personal motivation is seeing the success of our clients," says Florian Langer. "For me, what drives a successful and sustainable transformation is clearly customer experience. And that comes about through: Centricity! That's why we place our focus on our customers' customers."

In his new role at MHP, he is particularly looking forward to the end-to-end portfolio, because: "Digitisation is not a sprint, but a marathon. At MHP, we have everything we need to support our customers holistically and establish new business models for them – a perfect basis for continuing to grow successfully with MHP." The necessary "think-big" drive and team spirit is something the business graduate definitely has in his own portfolio.
