MHP adds Mendix to its network

Expanding the partner community

  • MHP is the new Mendix solution partner
  • The management and IT consultancy works with the Mendix platform to release the full potential of low code for its clients
  • Mendix’s partner business continues to grow in the DACH region

Ludwigsburg – MHP continues to expand its partner community. The latest member is Mendix, a Siemens subsidiary and global market leader in the development of modern enterprise applications. The aim of this partnership is to embed low-code technology more deeply in the automotive and manufacturing industries and to demonstrate with best practices how these industries can harness the individual benefits of low-code development for themselves. By using the low-code pioneer’s platform, the management and IT consultancy MHP will increasingly drive forward the digitalisation projects of its customers in the mobility and manufacturing industries in the future.

Mendix values MHP's one-stop-shop approach, which includes strategic value creation, architecture consulting and full-stack software delivery. This portfolio ideally complements Mendix's low-code platform and creates synergies to offer customers a more comprehensive range of solutions for accelerating their digital transformation.

Fit for the future with low-code

MHP has already had some experience with the Mendix low-code platform, realising a range of projects in recent months - including for OEMs with more than 10,000 active users, or projects with a time-to-value of six weeks.

National and international customers are expected to profit from low-code, particularly in process digitisation and IT transformation - with value-creating use cases benefitting IT and specialist departments to an equal extent. MHP sees Mendix as a strategic low-code platform to provide companies with the capabilities to meet current and future requirements. They will be able to drive their transformation with technology that promises, among other things, time and monetary efficiency by creating platform synergies. This is because low-code enables capacities and skills to be deployed in a more targeted manner, and because shorter project durations and a faster time-to-value are a great benefit for mixed teams made up of IT professionals and staff from specialist departments. These are also central challenges for MHP customers, whose digitisation projects are being hampered in particular by capacity and personnel shortages in both their IT departments and their specialist departments. As a result, companies hardly have the time to deal with the potential offered by digitalisation or to take advantage of it. Consequently, this is an environment in which low-code technology can really play to its strengths.

Wide-ranging business opportunities for Mendix and MHP

Mendix CEO Tim Srock explains: "We are delighted about the latest member of our partner network in the DACH region. With MHP, we have brought in an accomplished technology expert for our low-code platform with proven sector expertise. We have the same sustainable approach to building business relationships. This enables Mendix and its partners to provide the stable support our clients want."

Björn Kasten, partner and head of Digital Platforms & Solutions at MHP, adds: "From our point of view, Mendix is one of the leading low-code platforms on the market. It provides an ideal symbiosis of low-code simplicity with the simultaneous potential for highly individualised requirements. So, for us, Mendix is one of the strategic platforms that our customers will rely on going forward.”

With its low-code technology, Mendix and its partners are tapping into a growing market potential: analysts at Gartner, for example, predict that by 2025, 70 per cent of all new applications will be developed with low-code or no-code.
