New mobility concept for MHP employees

Future mobility meets employee benefits

  • Reorganisation of the management and IT consultancy’s mobility concept gives staff a choice of options
  • From July 1st 2023, the MHP Future Mobility package will offer employees a range of products that go beyond automobile solutions
  • MHP staff are optimally provided for – both for work and in their private lives

Ludwigsburg – Cars have long been the most popular means of transport for many people and a standard component of employee packages at numerous companies. Times, however, are changing and demand for a more diverse range of mobility options is growing. A not insignificant factor driving this change is the number of employees spending the larger proportion of their time working from home, rather than in the office – a consequence of the recent pandemic. Seen in this light, it makes very good sense on the one hand to look for new forms of mobility while taking innovative paths towards greater employee satisfaction.

MHP meets the desire for increased flexibilisation

For the Ludwigsburg-based management and IT consultancy, mobility is an important and very emotional topic. The planned growth of Porsche AG's largest subsidiary (81.8%) requires a scalable mobility concept and a benefits package that are equally attractive.

“During the pandemic, the car became less and less of a work tool and has instead developed into a kind of total-reward benefit," says Dr. Andreas Hirning, Partner at MHP. "We continue to have a high remote ratio and among our employees, the desire arose for a greater flexibilisation in MHP benefits and especially in MHP’s mobility concept."

Inspired by the motto: “Keeping you moving”

With its Future Mobility package - the new holistic and future-oriented mobility concept - MHP is going one step further and, from July 1st 2023, will offer versatile, flexible and demand-oriented mobility products that go beyond cars. The result is a flexible, sustainable service that is oriented towards the needs of the employees, above and beyond what they need for work. "We believe we have created a great product, and above all, a product for the future," says Dr. Andreas Hirning.

This portfolio provides three options to choose from:

  • the Mobility Allowance – a gross monthly payment for all permanent employees,
  • the Bahncard 100 – a rail card valid for 12 months, offering flexible and ticketless travel throughout Germany for both business and private use
  • or a Company Car – from a certain management level, via various subscription and leasing providers, including fuel and charging card

On top of this, MHP also provides the option of additional benefits, such as a “job bike” or Volkswagen’s second car leasing programme.
