Ludwigsburg – The management and IT consulting company MHP was voted one of Germany’s most highly rated employers on the basis of employee evaluations. The Porsche subsidiary was ranked twelfth in category “Consulting, Research and Technology” and thus counts among the Top 20. This finding results from the latest study by the prestigious market research company Statista and the “stern” magazine. In total, 650 employers operating in Germany were identified and rated in 24 different categories. Over 33,000 employees, who took part via online access panels, were surveyed for the analysis. They had the opportunity of providing responses on various topics with respect to their own company – with the question of whether they would recommend it to others being crucial. The evaluations related to the employer brand used by the companies in their PR and recruitment activities. The respondents could also select companies from their industry and rate them.
