Cluj-Napoca / Ludwigsburg – In its 10th year of existence, MHP Romania is the largest subsidiary of the MHP Group with approximately 1,000 employees and a national presence. The company runs offices in Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara and Bucharest, as well as remote employees working from different cities in Romania. The management and ITconsultancy develops and delivers 360-degree IT solutions to the highest standards for a vast global portfolio of clients in the "Mobility and Manufacturing" segment.

Constant growth, based on employee development

Applied values: diversity and community involvement

For MHP, diversity is not just a trendy word but an integral part of MHP strategy 2030. At MHP Consulting Romania, over 58 percent of employees are women, with 54 women holding leadership positions. 55 percent of new hires in 2023 were women. Community involvement is another value applied by the MHP Consulting Romania team. Over time, the company has maintained a consistent presence in social responsibility, with CSR actions focused on community development.

University Partnership in National Premiere

"Since my first visit to Romania in 2013 and the foundation of the subsidiary in 2014, it's been a privilege to witness and support the development of MHP Consulting Romania. I'm proud to have contributed to this journey and grateful for the enduring collaboration with our partners. As we mark the tenth anniversary of our Romanian subsidiary, I'm struck by the remarkable progress we've made together. Romania has become our largest subsidiary, showcasing consistent growth, and attracting top talent. Our partnership with the University of Babeș-Bolyai has enabled us to inspire young minds in IT. Romania is pivotal in MHP's strategic landscape, and I'm excited to continue our success story together," declares Marc Zimmermann, CFO of MHP.

In February 2014, MHP Consulting Romania, alongside Porsche AG and NTT Data Romania, co-founded the German-Language Computer Science Study Program at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, the first program of its kind in Romania. This initiative was further complemented in 2018 with the Advanced Computer Science Systems Master's Program: Modeling, Design and Development, and in 2022, with two additional German-language study programs at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (UBB) – Business Administration and International Management.
