At the iF Design Award 2021, MHP was honored for its corporate rideshare app pool in the User Experience discipline. The international prize for product design has been awarded annually since 1954 by the iF Industrie Forum Design association. This year, nearly 10,000 proposals from 52 countries were submitted for consideration by the 98-member jury of experts.
Niclas Bauermeister, Manager at MHP: "For us at MHP, design is good when it focuses on creating convincing and functional products, services or experiences. Putting people at the center is essential for us to be successful and create product and service innovations with real added value."
This is all the more true because MHP wants to use the application to contribute to a better future. With pool, MHP employees* have the opportunity to arrange to travel together - instead of traveling alone. This is not only sustainable, but also promotes cohesion among employees and increases comfort, especially on longer journeys.
Marcel Tobien, Manager at MHP: "We understand design as an elementary link between human needs and technology. To this end, we have also analyzed and designed corporate structures and processes to enable an excellent experience for our user*s."
"Through a good digital workplace, we create an employee experience that motivates, connects and values employees*. This leads to a strong identification with the company and promotes a togetherness from digital to analog," says Moritz Papenfuß, Head of Design at MHP. "We are very pleased that the jury has honored our digital employee experience with the iF Design Award 2021."
