Ludwigsburg – On March 1, Ingo Windshügel became an Associate Partner at MHP. Prior to this the business studies graduate spent 13 years working for the global IT consulting company Ciber (or Novasoft AG, which was taken over by Ciber in 2004). There he held various management roles and as member of the Executive Board in Germany was most recently responsible for the development and operational business of all business units in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
At MHP the 45-year-old will expand activities in industries outside the automotive industry – the core business of MHP. The focus is on transport and logistics, the aerospace industry, energy and supply companies, as well as the financial sector. Ingo Windshügel: "I am very familiar with the industries from my time at Ciber. I would like to bring my experience to MHP. For me it is specifically about adapting the excellent automotive know-how and expertise and thus associated strategic innovations of MHP for these fields. We also want to further develop specific offers for the core and support processes of the individual industries. We are always aiming at the three levels Management, Processes, and IT. The companies receive end-to-end advice from us. We distinguish ourselves from the competition."
Ingo Windshügel decided on a move to MHP because after a long time in one company he was looking for a new challenge and attractive design possibilities. "MHP could offer me both. The excellent reputation and the ambitious growth objectives also convinced me."
