Customers are very happy with MHP!

Customer satisfaction survey 2011: MHP received consistently good marks

MHP's customers are very satisfied with the process and IT consultancy firm. This was revealed in a survey carried out last year, which involved members of mid-level and top management from our customer companies.

MHP did particularly well in the excellence criterion "Partnership" where it was awarded an overall mark of 1.9 (grade scale 1 = very good, 6 = very poor). MHP also did well in the other question categories.

The consistently good evaluations are also reflected in the fact that those questioned would all recommend MHP without exception and intend to continue the outstanding cooperation. The survey also documents a change in how MHP is perceived by customers. These no longer see MHP solely as a consultant and implementer, but increasingly as a process supplier. More and more management level personnel also view MHP as a strategic partner.

Dr. Michael Hecker, Head of Sales and Customer Management at MHP: "We also know where there is a need for action or improvement due to the intensive exchange and cooperation, on a partnership basis, with our customers. We gladly take on these proposals and challenges in order to further improve ourselves as part of our continuous improvement process."

MHP sent interactive questionnaires to a total of 260 management level personnel at our customer companies between April and December 2011 as part of the survey. 42% sent back the completed questionnaires to MHP – an above-average response rate, which is also down to our intense customer orientation.
