Ludwigsburg – On July 1, 2024, Federico Magno will succeed co-founder Dr. Ralf Hofmann as Chairman of the Management Board of MHP. Magno was appointed to the Management Board of MHP on May 1, 2024. He was previously a member of the Management Board of Porsche Consulting – a subsidiary of Porsche, as is MHP.
Federico Magno, who has been on the MHP Management Board for two months, also knows the company already through the long-standing partnership between the two Porsche subsidiaries. “MHP is a company with a great team, a remarkable success story and a brilliant future. I am filled with pride and gratitude at taking over my new role from Ralf Hofmann in a company with such a culture and expertise. I’m looking forward to further expanding MHP’s outstanding position together with my team,” said Federico Magno.
Hofmann, who jointly founded the management and IT consultancy in May 1996, looks back on nearly three successful decades as co-founder and Chairman of the Management Board. “I was lucky to find people who trusted me and believed in my vision. Everyone who is and was part of this company has helped write and shape the history of MHP and left their mark. I am very grateful for that.” He will join the Strategy Advisory Board of MHP management and IT consultancy on July 1, 2024, taking a key role. His move is the logical consequence of the implementation of the Corporate Strategy 2030. “I’m looking forward to providing advisory support to MHP – together with my colleagues on the Strategic Advisory Board – to ensure the successful implementation of Strategy 2030,” said Hofmann.
