Ludwigsburg – MHP and KPMG Law have formed a new partnership. As of now, the management and IT consultancy and the business law firm intend to work together in risk management, focussing on governance risk and compliance (GRC), and in business continuity management (BCM), where the focus will be digitalisation and product development. MHP is to provide the risk management software and KPMG the corresponding legal advice.
The chosen collaboration fields for the partnership will enable both companies to take up a more differentiated market position compared to their competitors. Customers will also benefit from reduced interfaces to various external partners. This will then guarantee them a holistic view of the respective fields and their digitalisation.
