Cluj-Napoca – Sorin Ionescu joined the Supply Chain division at MHP Consulting Romania on 1 October 2023. With him, he brings a good range of technical skills, combined with extensive experience from his various management positions in well-known consulting companies.
For this family man, the future of MHP holds a lot of innovation: "Customer needs and technologies have evolved significantly, so we have the chance to reshape the way we offer them. I’m a great believer in collective intelligence. Therefore, one of my priorities will be creating an environment that encourages and implements new ideas," he explains.
Sorin Ionescu is convinced that what sets MHP apart from other companies is that employees find a good environment here which allows them to develop as individuals as well as in the group; a place where, at the end of the day, people feel good about what they do.
