Ludwigsburg, 08.09.2014 – September will be another record month for MHP, as this month we will welcome 64 new employees to the MHP team. The total number of employees worldwide will thus increase to 1,257.
37 of the new employees will start at our German locations, while 27 will start their new jobs in the Romanian university city of Cluj-Napoca, where MHP has an office since the start of the year. 15 of the new employees in Romania will, in turn, be participating in MHP's own training program "JumpStart" for university graduates and young professionals.
Christoph Joos, partner at MHP and responsible - amongst other things - for the area Human Resources: "We are coming closer to our objective of having 2,000 colleagues worldwide by 2020." The significant increase in personnel at MHP is also due to the company continuing to expand its field of activity. MHP is thus successfully accelerating its involvement in the area Management Consulting and opening up innovative topics such as, "Industry 4.0", "Connected Car" or "Future Mobility". We are also being boosted by the continued expansion of the business at our international locations in Switzerland, USA and China.
