This marks yet another impressive milestone in the history of MHP and clearly demonstrates that our above-average growth curve and success story show no signs of slowing down! The number of members in the MHP family, i.e. our employees, has continued to increase every fiscal year since our foundation in 1996; the number of employees has even doubled since the start of 2010.
Dr. Ralf Hofmann, Chairman of the Executive Board: "We are very proud to have reached the 1000th person milestone. It shows us that we are on the right track and that MHP is indeed one of the top consultancy firms in the sector. We are constantly in the process of further developing our company as well as expanding our service portfolio in a targeted manner and opening new locations worldwide. This can be clearly seen from our figures." MHP is expecting further significant growth over the coming years. Our plan is to double the number of employees and turnover (fiscal year 2013: approx. 150 m EUR) by 2020.
What is a particularly nice touch with regard to our 1000th employee is that it is an old friend! Marc Sticht worked as a consultant for MHP in the Supply Chain Management area from 2006 to 2012 and then changed to another consultancy firm. The IT business engineer remained, however, in close contact with MHP via our alumni program as well as with many former colleagues. "Due to my prior experiences and the special connection to MHP, it was quickly clear to me that I wanted to contribute my expertise and experience again to the company. Because I never lost contact with the company, it wasn't difficult to find a way to collaborate again", says Marc Sticht. Since March 2014, he is the Integration Manager responsible for SAP implementations. One future focus of his activity will lie in the area JIT/JIS. Sticht is looking forward to new challenges in a familiar environment. So what is there left to say but "Welcome back!"
