Ludwigsburg – MHP was last week (15 November) honored by the magazine WirtschaftsWoche for the fifth time overall in the "Best of Consulting" sector comparison. In the category "IT Management", MHP took second place. MHP took part with a project at the medical technology company Maquet. On the operational level, the consultants compensated at short notice and flexibly for bottlenecks in IT operations. On the strategic level, MHP transformed the IT service organization and the IT service processes. With considerable success: Maquet thus now has not only an adaptable and flexible IT unit. They have also been able to significantly reduce the costs in SAP operations.
Dr. Oliver Oswald, partner at MHP: "We are very proud to have been honored again in this renowned competition. In particular, I'm delighted that we have achieved this with a project in the area of managed services – because for robust IT operations it is often difficult to win against spectacular projects and implementations."
This year, WirtschaftsWoche awarded the consultants' prize for the seventh time. Beside the success in the projects submitted, when making their decision the advisory committee and the jury also took into consideration the results of a representative survey, in which, firstly, the profile and reputation of the consulting companies was assessed, and, secondly, their contribution to increase in value was determined. WirtschaftsWoche awarded the prize in seven disciplines: "Competitive Strategy", "Restructuring", "Supply Chain Management", "Finance and Risk Management", "M&A", "Marketing & Sales" and "IT Management".
